About the event
This Mother's Day we invite you to explore colour and texture and create your own unique glass decorations and suncatchers with us here at The Makery.
Set in the peaceful surroundings of the countryside, this hands-on fused glass workshop offers the perfect opportunity to spend some unique quality time with your mum or to gift her something precious.
Guests, whether beginners or experienced will be guided through the process of designing and creating your own creations under the expert instruction of Tamsin Maliska, an experienced glass artist.
Tamsin is a local artisan who takes inspiration from nature having grown up surrounded by rugged coastlines, vibrant sea, and ever changing skies. With a BA (HONS) in Glass, Architectural Glass and Print, Tamsin will give you step-by-step guidance in creating several glass pieces.
All materials and tools are provided along with a warming brew and a slice of something delicious.
