Looking to slow down, reconnect with yourself and work with the ebb and flow rhythm of weaving? Well then let me invite you to join me on this 2 - 3 hour workshop.
A gentle, intuitive weaving session exploring texture, where you will create a soft, sculptural rainbow using natural wool fibres. A variety of colours will be available to enable you to explore your creativity. Set in the calm, rural setting of The Makery.
The workshop will be led by myself Donna, the host and crafter here at The Makery. I first came across weaving when I was looking for a new craft to try during Covid lockdown. To my unexpected joy I came across the therapeutic process of weaving. Completing an online course ( as face to face was not allowed) a passion began.
